Love our new furniture. Jennifer was our salesperson; she was very knowledgeable about the products, and we valued her opinions. She was patient with us as we visited the store several times to look at various styles in sofas, as well as assisting us right at the end. My experience purchasing my recliner was amazing. Chris Day, the sales consultant that assisted my husband and I was fantastic, knowledgeable, supportive, and definitely knew the merchandise. I came looking for a specific type of recliner and specified the urgency of receiving this said recliner by a certain date, as I am having an emergency surgery, and need a recliner to sleep on for a couple months. Chris was attentive to my needs, while also, addressing my need for prompt delivery. Furthermore, during this whole process, Chris reassured me that he’s got me covered . Chris is a natural when it comes to meeting a customers needs. Thank you.

Bought a very expensive chair and a half electric recliner. Although it looks beautiful… within the first few months it’s wobbly, creeky and the wood frame on the arms can be felt through the minimal padding. I contacted customer service several times but was simply told if there’s nothing broken or wrong with the chair there’s nothing they can do. I explained the quality is terrible and no better than a chair I can buy at The Brick for a fraction of the cost. I believe they gave me the floor model (after waiting months for delivery). I am completely unsatisfied with the quality of this chair for the price tag. Do Vendors not stand behind the quality of their products? Seems just because it’s a La-Z-Boy and has a large price tag…doesnt guarantee quality.

My husband and I are so thrilled with our purchase of a beautiful loveseat sofa bed and matching sofa. Our salesperson Jennifer was awesome, so knowledgeable and friendly. It is so nice to work with a salesperson like Jenny. She listened to us while we explained what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we had envisioned for our space. The whole experience was amazing, including the delivery and set up. Our new furniture are quality pieces that will last. We have purchased other furniture in the past from Lazy Boy, we trust the quality and durability and we are always happy with our purchases.

We just received our new La-Z-Boy recliner and love it. Expensive, yes but you can see the quality. The reason we went La-Z-Boy was because we went with someone else earlier in the year (Way****...cough...cough... grunt, sniff...) and the chair didn't last 9 months. You get what you pay for. We dealt with a gentleman named Leonard Del Duca. An absolute pleasure to work with and the patience of a saint because to be honest, the last person I ever want to deal with is ME. He was patient, thorough, answered whenever I called or emailed and constantly followed up with updates. Extremely professional and truly cared that we had a good experience. If you go into the La-Z-Boy in Barrie, ask for Leo. Tell him Ari sent you. Cheers!

Good experience buying furniture with Chris Day. He allowed me to look at the furniture first, then made helpful comments to narrow down my choices. Chris provided options for clearance pieces, finding out if other stores had the ones I wanted. His price estimate was very close to the actual amount.

Went in to look at recliners on Saturday with my partner. It was not very busy. We walked around the entire store, and a number of employees saw us or walked by us, but no one approached us, greeted us, or asked if we needed help. Tried a number of recliners out ourselves over the span of maybe 25 minutes, and while the employees helped some others around us, none acknowledged us at all during the time we were in the store. We ended up leaving and ordering the recliner we liked on the Laz-Boy website instead. If you are looking to get good service or assistance while shopping, I would not recommend going here.

Our salesperson, Rita Ann Campbell, was great. Very knowledgeable, Personable, detailed and very helpful in everyday. She was not aggressive and allowed us to browse peacefully, but was there the minute we needed advice, without any prompting. Beautiful store and not over crowded with furnishings.
